Custom dinnerware projects at MyGlassStudio begin with a brief, not a catalogue. The first conversation on any custom dinnerware project covers the venue type, the service formats in play, the guest experience the property is building toward, and any brand or design constraints that apply. From that starting point, we map the categories that make sense for the project and confirm which pieces need to be developed from scratch versus selected from the existing range.
Most hospitality projects draw from more than one category. A hotel F&B programme typically combines restaurant dinnerware for the main dining outlet, serveware for events and receptions, and hotel room amenities for in-room dining and welcome amenity delivery. Each category is quoted independently as part of the same custom orders run.
Production is handled in a boutique factory. Quantities are controlled, every stage of the production run is checked, and delivery timelines are fixed in writing before manufacturing starts.
