About Fairmont The Palm Dubai
Fairmont The Palm Dubai opened in December 2012 as a five-star beachfront hotel on the iconic Palm Jumeirah. Furthermore, the hotel offers 381 luxurious rooms and suites alongside seven dining and lounge venues. Moreover, MyGlassStudio collaborated with the hotel’s opening team and Executive Chef John Cordeaux to design buffet presentation equipment for Flow Kitchen, the hotel’s casual all-day dining restaurant specialising in Middle Eastern, Indian, Mediterranean, and Asian cuisines.

MyGlassStudio designed a full suite of buffet presentation equipment for Flow Kitchen’s buffet display. Furthermore, the collection includes buffet stands in gold metal from the MyGlassStudio range, combined with glass platters and bowls from the Tiger Glass collection. Moreover, the Tiger Glass pieces feature vibrant red, green, and yellow colours, matching the interior’s colour spectrum and adding an energetic note to the food presentation.
