About Glo Cocktail Bar, Renaissance Doha

Renaissance Doha City Center Hotel launched several dining venues as part of the West End Doha leisure complex. Furthermore, MyGlassStudio collaborated with the opening team on glassware for Ipanema and New York Steakhouse. Moreover, for the Glo Cocktail Bar, MyGlassStudio created bespoke bar serveware for cocktails that matches the bar’s distinctive character.

Glo Cocktail Bar was designed as a smart casual environment for social and corporate meetings. Furthermore, the venue features stylish décor typical of premium nightlife venues, deep browns, reds, mysterious purple, and electric blue light elements. Moreover, Glo offers a wide selection of colourful cocktails by resident mixologists, paired with bar food and tapas-style nibbles. Therefore, the cocktail bar serveware needed to match this eclectic, vibrant character.

MyGlassStudio’s designers created cocktail serveware for hotels based on eclectic free-form shapes and patterns. Furthermore, the range included tapas plates, appetizer plates, items for signature dishes, nut bowls, and snack dishes. Moreover, each piece was designed to help Glo’s menu stand out from typical bar food and create a memorable experience for guests.

Signature Pieces. Lollipop Holders, Mini-Burger Platters and Nut Dishes

For Glo’s Smoked Salmon Lollipops, MyGlassStudio created vase-like lollipop holders on metal stands with a bold free-form purple pattern. Furthermore, the purple colour ties directly to the bar’s signature electric palette. Moreover, the Mini Mo Beef Sliders are presented on a rectangular serving platter in white glass with a circular pattern, accompanied by a small glass sauce dish, a refined example of modern cocktail serveware.
