Luxury Buffet Presentation at Baltschug Kempinski Moscow
MyGlassStudio designed a luxury buffet presentation for Baltschug Kempinski Moscow, one of Russia’s most iconic five-star hotels. The Baltschug Grill restaurant offers a lavish continental buffet presentation that is widely regarded as one of the best in Moscow. Moreover, for this project our team created a complete collection of buffet platter presentation pieces and handmade glass serveware to match the hotel’s exceptional standards.
Buffet Presentation Objects for a Five-Star Hotel
Baltschug Kempinski commands spectacular views of the Kremlin and St Basil’s Cathedral. The property sits across from the Moskva River. Furthermore, its guests expect nothing less than perfection at every touchpoint, including the buffet. To meet this standard, MyGlassStudio crafted a bespoke buffet presentation collection. It includes a deluxe oyster buffet bowl, large clear glass fruit bowls, salad bowls, and a show-stopping champagne ice bucket.

To keep the luxury buffet presentation elegant and minimal, MyGlassStudio selected clear glass for all the buffet serveware. In addition, the transparency of the glass enhances the natural colours of the food. Also, it creates a sense of freshness and lightness across the entire buffet table.
The Oyster Bowl. Centrepiece of the Buffet Platter Presentation
For the oyster display, MyGlassStudio selected a large free-form bowl made of thick transparent glass. The shape recalls the organic curves of an oyster shell. The bowl holds ice to keep the oysters perfectly fresh throughout service. Moreover, because the glass is transparent, the ice is fully visible, reinforcing a cool, clean, and appetising feeling for guests.

This buffet platter presentation piece is both functional and theatrical. However, design and practicality always go together at MyGlassStudio. A lavish champagne ice bucket on a metal base completed the buffet collection for Baltschug Kempinski. The bucket holds ice to keep champagne chilled and ready to serve throughout the meal. Furthermore, it acts as an instant visual focal point when guests first enter the restaurant. This piece captures attention and signals luxury before a single dish has been tasted.
