About St. Regis Bal Harbour Resort
St. Regis Bal Harbour Resort opened in South Florida as one of the most anticipated hotel openings of the year, receiving the coveted AAA Five-Diamond award shortly after launch. Furthermore, the 243-room property distinguishes itself with a modern and sleek décor, panoramic oceanfront views, and elegant dining and lounging venues. Moreover, MyGlassStudio worked with the hotel’s team on tableware for the Bar & Wine Vault, banqueting service, and in-room dining amenities. In addition, this post focuses on the dessert plate designs created for the Bar & Wine Vault.
Dessert Plate Designs for the Bar and Wine Vault
The Bar & Wine Vault at St. Regis Bal Harbour is envisioned as a very modern venue for entertainment and relaxation. Furthermore, the venue is designed in neutral grey and beige tones with silver details, stylish prints, and unique art pieces. Moreover, MyGlassStudio’s tableware designers followed the contemporary theme of the décor, creating dessert plate styles that complement its refined atmosphere. In addition, the range included small dessert trays and dipping bowls for dessert presentation.

MyGlassStudio created small rectangular dessert glass plate designs with bronze handles to serve as dessert trays. Furthermore, the design featured a crackled pattern in white colour, giving each plate a soft and sophisticated look. Moreover, this subtle surface treatment aligned perfectly with the Bar & Wine Vault’s elegant, contemporary aesthetic.

Dipping Bowls and Afternoon Tea Presentation
MyGlassStudio also created a sectional dipping plate for jams and condiments served at the afternoon tea service. Furthermore, the surface of the bowl was coloured in a metallic “lily white” hue to match the dessert platters. Moreover, this achieved an elegant yet contemporary finish that unified the full range of dessert plate patterns across the tabletop. In addition, the coordination between the tray, dipping plate, and serving bowls created a cohesive and polished dessert presentation.
