About Fairmont Dubai
Fairmont Dubai launched in 2002 and quickly became a symbol of modern Dubai. Orange Show Plates and Charger Plates from the Pearls Collection
Spectrum On One is a true international restaurant featuring eight interactive open kitchens, each representing a distinct cuisine. Furthermore, the restaurant pioneered Friday Brunch in Dubai and has won numerous awards over the years. Moreover, the dining environment provides several authentic settings that encourage social gatherings, sharing, and culinary experimentation. Therefore, the dining plate sets needed to work across multiple cuisine formats while anchoring the restaurant’s warm, vibrant atmosphere.

MyGlassStudio’s designs for Spectrum On One included glass dining plate sets and bread and butter plates for the main dining section, as well as glass dessert plate sets for the patisserie. Furthermore, the show plates, as the key element of the charger plate sets, were conceptualised in a warm orange colour matching the soft glow of the papery lampshades. Moreover, MyGlassStudio designed these charger plates in an irregular soft shape featuring the signature Pearls Collection pattern.

Bread and butter plates follow the same warm orange colour without the pattern, preserving the simplicity of the table setting. Furthermore, this contrast between pattern and plain allows the show plates to remain the visual focal point. Moreover, the charger plate sets strike a perfect balance between the restaurant’s diverse cultural themes and a cohesive, refined aesthetic.
