St. Regis Doha houses two Gordon Ramsay dining concepts. Furthermore, “Gordon Ramsay” is marketed as Doha’s first fine dining venue, bringing contemporary, understated elegance with signature dishes such as ravioli of lobster and refined presentations by Michelin chef de cuisine Gilles Bosquet. Moreover, “Opal by Gordon Ramsay” offers a relaxed bistro-style alternative inspired by London’s Bread Street Kitchen. In addition, MyGlassStudio collaborated with the F&B team on glass tableware for both venues, with a particular focus on the bespoke fine dining butter service.

Fine Dining Butter Service. The Signature Butter Dish

The signature piece for the Gordon Ramsay restaurant is a bespoke fine dining butter pat dish and butter service. Furthermore, made of clear thick glass, the butter dish has a solid and premium feel, the thick base creates a magnifying effect and adds stability. Moreover, the compact size makes it ideal for individual butter portions, condiments, sea salt, jams, or amuse-bouche presentation. In addition, the minimal and contemporary look of this small glass butter server aligns perfectly with the restaurant’s cool, modern interior in whites, greys, and warm neutral tones.

For the Gordon Ramsay fine dining restaurant, MyGlassStudio designed glass plates in neutral transparent glass with white tabletop accessories, matching the refined simplicity of the interior. Furthermore, Opal by Gordon Ramsay received a more daring treatment: glass bowls in thick black glass with soft irregular edges that add extravagance to casual dish presentations. Moreover, both collections reflect the style and concept of each restaurant through subtle choices of colour and shape.
