Sushi Dinnerware for Lille Asia
MyGlassStudio worked with Lille Asia’s opening team to design glass dinnerware that fits the restaurant’s menu and décor perfectly. Furthermore, since the interior is deliberately minimalistic, all attention centres on food presentation and the table setting. Moreover, the sushi dinnerware designs centre on various plate concepts, each crafted to make the food the star.

Glass Sushi Plates. Cracked Gold Pattern
A key element of the modern sushi dinnerware range features square plates with a cracked pattern in matte gold. Furthermore, this pattern matches the warm palette of the restaurant’s wood-based décor. Moreover, depending on light reflection, the pattern shifts from a very light golden tone to an almost black colour, giving each service a dynamic visual quality.

MyGlassStudio designed a flat plate surface with small corner footings. Furthermore, these allow easier handling by chefs and waiters during service. Moreover, this functional detail reflects the practical demands of a high-volume modern sushi restaurant without compromising elegance.

The programme also included clear glass plates with a green tint for appetizer dishes. Furthermore, these plates feature short legs on the corners for better placement on the tabletop. Moreover, MyGlassStudio designed matching glass appetizer spoons for serving starters alongside the clear sushi plates.

Additional pieces include smaller rectangular plates with a metallic colour effect. Furthermore, MyGlassStudio created these using the signature deep-coloured technique, a bubble effect inside the glass rather than on the surface. Moreover, this leaves the impression of shimmering granule imprints, giving the plates a unique visual depth. These plates serve as both sushi dinnerware platters and dessert plates.
